You're referring to a medical examiner who works directly for the prosecutor who never examined Zimmerman herself. She looked at pictures of his head supplied to her by the prosecutors. What a joke.

Furthermore, the extent of injuries inflicted on a person does not indicate whether the person was in danger of being killed. It only indicates what the perpetrator was able to do prior to being stopped.

I see it in right wing extremists, not in people just living a conservative life.
