It is interesting to see this thread assume the tenor of a legal discussion. Perhaps the time has come.

Maybe Pugs most accurately described the tactics used by some here when he proclaimed something like "this ain't no church here".

Uh-oh...yeah that is the law. Any benefit received makes the
whole deal sour. I am not saying this occurred with the folks
on this thread. If it did , it would fit the statute.
