Brum says there is no reason to keep babies alive unless you do it for god. He is really off the deep end That's such a valid argument if it weren't for all the other examples of evil co-existing down thru all of history in the real world of existence and those emananting out from the religious sphere. Its far more than a matter of faith for many to choose literal young earth creationism, to have it the other way, the real length of deep time, would leave such a creator open to indictment to endless horrors , no dispensationalism would or could ever wash "Him" clean of.

With brummy you are dealing with statements exactly like ones used to prove the existence of God or priori knowledge. This is what you think you can prove about truth but don't have to get up off your couch and go outside and examine the way things are in the physical world. Its especially convenient to operaate this way also , for you don't have to do any science or produce any real examples & can operate on permanent "selective ignore". (Then you are free to make as many presuppositional statements like this as you please & circular arguments from ignorance, while appealing to the greatest authority never known or seen, God himself)
