Its a bad faith argument & what never seems to sink into your head is whatever tailings of morality you do find in your scriptures are almost entirely derived from the pagan philosophers preceding Paul or Jesus and you find them after only great deal of cherry picking the Bible or the Koran. In all cases whether Christianity, Judaism, Islam all ensuing relevent laws & all jurisprudence are cultural modifications made by reasoning men later on, in Islam alone some 15,000 additions called Hadiths. Reread your article, its unbelievably stupid because right there at the beginning you find a quote directly from this Paul fellow (agreeing with me), that moral conscience displayed by the gentile is found innate in his---> human nature's hearts. The apostle PAUL explains one reason why this is so: “When the Gentiles, who do not possess the law, do instinctively what the law requires…they show that what the law requires is written on their hearts, to which their own conscience also bears witness; and their conflicting thoughts will accuse or perhaps excuse them”
