We already have inflation in all major markets: equity, bond, housing.

A mixed bag with food, energy, education, health care, housing costs in big cities through the roof. However it is not so much YET in housing in most of the country outside of the coastal gateway markets with values little above where they were in the 1990's. Not in bonds with long term treasuries yields near 50 year lows. Not in metals with most in a two year deflationary depression crash. Not in stagnant wages needed for true cost push inflation to flow through.
