Doug, SOFT....announced buying another company. Volume has been staying even with average to a slight gain. Price is closing right at 11 month resistance with little overhead until 4+. Sharp run up from the announcement and now appears to be basing at that level. Is that what you call a high flag. Just bought a new book (Pristolese) so will be driving you nuts with questions for a while. Ken W
