Hi longnshort; Nice video. I watched it to the end. Turns out the loser (who had 2 or 3 guys on him) had been involved in road rage incidents before. He didn't want to press charges, but the police located him and put him in jail.

My personal observation for people fighting is that most of the time it's people who like to fight. People who don't like to fight can find peaceful ways out of conflict and don't look for conflicts to begin with. I think they should allow testimony in assault cases as to previous fights the people have been involved in and the Zimmerman trial is an example of this. Was Zimmerman a street fighter? How about Martin? I think that when you don't know who threw the first punch you can make a pretty good guess (all other things being equal but of course they're not) by looking at their history.

I had a friend in college who liked to fight. His face was all broken up; I never asked but I suppose this was related. I made it clear to him that if he picked a fight with strangers (maybe "accepted a fight" would be a more accurate description) when I was with him, he'd be either be left to his own devices if I could get away, and that if I couldn't get away I'd make him regret ever getting me involved in it.
