Sankar: I read Fidelity moved out of SEG and into QNTM last April/May.
It proved to be a wise move. Dale

What the mutual funds post for their holdings is often several weeks out of date. They may have been, as reported by others, selling off a major portion of their holdings along with other institutions and fund managers. I think it makes more sense to own stocks that have been irrationaly beaten down and are out of favor than to won ones that the funds have already loaded up on to the max. Unfortunately, until the earnings picture and prospects becomes clearer, Quantum is likely to be up only marginally. Most funds and institutions won't get in strongly until they have greater visibility.

I consider QNTM a short-term buy/undervalued play, a mid-term hold and see, and a long-term strong buy.
