Yes, even here we see these precepts as *emergent qualities* of thought growing thru time in reasoning men's minds, had to evolve and started long long ago, long before Moses & the multitudes were enslaved in Egypt. Even before Moses was a little baby floating down the River of deNile in that basket of buoyant reeds, which itself was a story from an earlier time & place.
