Mark, this is true unless of course, you live in Canada. Fair game for shorts up here. It may be possible for a US citizen to short through a collegue's account up here as well, although I'm sure that sort of stuff doesn't go on. knight

Mark or Anybody: Do you know who the MM's are in this stock? If NITE or KEYZ are making a market, I would not be surprised if they are shorting, and I would also not be surprised if the Lions of the world are their internet mouthpiece. I watched these same tactics by the same characters on the DELGF and IPMCF threads. I seriously doubt that they are here for the fun of it; IMO they are here because they are shorting, they have their short position pretty much established, and now they want to create as much doubt as they can about the company. To be blunt, it is eerie to watch. These guys showed the same shortcomings in their DD with DELGF and IPMCF, they made the same unsubstantiated accusations or distortions of the truth, and were met with the exact same arguments as they are getting on this thread. I hope the outcome here is different. I'd like to see these jerks lose one.
