Depends on what you care about. According to the Fed, there's no inflation, but that's only if you don't eat or drive, because they don't include that in their core measure. Unfortunately, most Americans spend the majority of their budget on food and gas, which are both up quite a bit since the advent of QE and ZIRP.

up about 50% in 4 years...that's more than 10% annualized

up about 29%...that's about 6.5% annualized

Both gas and food are up far more than the 2% or so inflation the Fed talk about.
