And thats the way its going to remain, endowed by their "Creator" as it was so intended to be written by the grace of one mans intellect. Capturing in that framing a meaning ensuring freedom for religion and also allows for the evolution & emergence of any new set of truths that manifests or gets revealed . This can also refer to any God you choose, be it the Mussleman, Hindoo, the Buddhist or the Jain as well as the other 16,000 sects of Christianity too. This also includes any new expressions of all pantheistic deisms that arose or will arise of the naturalists, the philosophies of humanists be it secular or deist or some combinations of the two. That any new theology, philosophy or cultural movement that surrounds & frames in some philosophical canon of its own arises, thats just how it happens, and thats guaranteed too. If you don't like it , whine somewhere else.
