There's a press release from the company today. I thought it was that they were declaring bankruptcy, but it's only just a reiteration of the existing mess. It's not as gloomy as the last 10q and it sounds like the November trade shows went pretty well. But the company still needs some serious cash (it sounds like). Watch out for Regulation S offering.

In light of the Chapter 11 filing...would you now advise to sell for whatever one can get, or hold on for the hoped for "coming out of Chap. 11" and possible long term turnaround?
