The first nuance you missed......Zimmerman didn't not testify to screaming and having Martins hands put over his face.. That was Osterman's story. When Z was getting beaten what do you think he was doing with his hands? I would guess he was covering his face for protection....then if Trayvon pushed his own hands on Zim, it would have been against Zim's hands which would be a reason why Martin had no blood on his hands....

Otherwise what was Zim doing with his own hands.....normally one would expect he would be trying to ward on blows to the face....you know the way boxers cover up to protect head body from punches.....Z was taking a course in MMA so should have learned something. But covering your face is natural instinct.

Why didn't Zim identify himself to Martin???? Would have solved the problem right there... Zim was also carrying a loaded gun when he wasn't supposed to (probably to prevent instances like this one). His truck was unmarkded and he didn't even have an ID showing... he could have been wearing a simple jacket like the FBI does, then he really have felt like a cop.
