You mean health insurance not care. Not having insurance is not the same thing as not getting care. Having insurance isn't the same thing as getting care (see wait lists etc.)

And, many states have turned down a medicade program that would give health insurance to millions and paid 100% by the feds and 90% after 3 years.

And even when the feds are paying its not free. It comes through federal taxes. The taxpayers of the state are federal tax payers to, and most of them (probably almost all of them) pay more, often much more, in federal taxes than state taxes (esp. in states like Texas with no personal income tax and low overall taxes).

those governors, like Perry, are heartless.

You have no idea if this is true, or if most of the politicians you support care. More importantly it doesn't matter all that much. Results matter, not emotions.
