It isn't the secular kids raping the women. It is the religious nuts, or just criminal types who have no respect for women in Egypt taking advantage of the situation. You need to put the kool aid away. Egypt has a chance now with El Baradai as he has a liberal bent. The extreme Muslims will hate him.
