What is truly astonishing is that none of you seem to want the company to explain something which affects nearly half its assets and about 75% of its employees. And don't bring my firm into this. They have absolutely no interest in this issue, as I have stated many times before. I post as a private citizen, a right granted under the Constitution, just like you do. My obsession is with full disclosure. Plain and simple. Is JEM III currently operating the Nicaragua facility or not? It would seem like a harmless question to ask. Has this gone the way of Hialeah? Perhaps you simply don't want to see this addressed. I, for one, do.
