Turns out if you don't have enough income, Obama dumps you on state medicaid. Arkansas medicaid determines your benefits by also looking at your assets. However, the Supreme Court's ruling said states did not have to accept this provision of the law, and many states have said they oppose the expansion. In states that do decide not to expand their Medicaid rolls, it's not expected that many affected people will be able to afford health insurance through their state exchange. In other words, the 40million uninsured Obamacare was suppose to help, remain uninsured......
