Hi Jorj X Mckie; Okay here it is, he's Jamaican ex con. McDonalds was his first job out of prison. He ended up in jail in NY for 7 weeks on felony assault charges, but a Manhattan grand jury refused to indict him, presumably on the basis of watching the video. One of the girls ended up with a head fracture. He wants to sue McDonalds for not providing an armed security guard. The girls used the "n-word" on him, generally cussed at him and said unkind things about his mother, spat at him, but their mistake was climbing over the counter to give him a beating.
