>>No, this criminal and his associates in the interview knew this article was coming, they have been short pending the release, thats the advantage of being a major thug having a major magazine ask you for an interview.<<

Lisa, I believe you are correct. I know of a few thousand shares that were purchased at the offer at various times last week, and the size on the offer would not move subsequent to these purchasees (maybe just coincidence, but it often moves after purchases). (And of course, I probably jinxed it by buying a little more for myself... sorry guys!) This had me scratching my head a little bit. The timing of this is again very interesting... just when shareholders get their proxy to vote on increasing the authorized shares... What a coincidence!!! It also explains why the short interest hasn't declined materially.

What I would really like to see is the short's plan backfire... perhaps a contract annoucnement in AM, followed by the company repurchasing it's shares in the open market to ignite a short squeeze when they realize their plan isn't going to work this time.... perhaps wishful thinking on my part, but certainly not out of the relm of possibility.

For what it's worth, I believe BWAI had about 3.9 million shares outstanding when the merger took place... which is a far cry from a zillion.
