I was referring to the following:

e) Using the Service for the transmission of junk mail, spam, chain letters, or unsolicited mass distribution of e-mail.

g) Posting improper or off-topic messages or posting more than twenty messages in six hours.

But anyway, if you think it is OK for a poster to use improper language and that SI management folks like you have no problem, that is OK. since the poster came and posted on a thread I moderate, I have ensured I have maintained my full control by banning him. I just wanted to make sure if you could help by pre empting such behavior on SI even if that person is a subscriber and not just someone who is using the complimentary "5 posts" offer of SI.

I will let this matter rest here from my end.

SI badly degrades its brand by tolerating TOU violations in a huge portion of the site, and keeping members who are chronically personally abusive.

IOW, it makes a SI a big playpen for poop throwing. To what end? Page hits?

Ron: Is there a SI forum dedicated to the discussion of bans / ignores in general and / or the discussion of specific cases?

Just asking as this purely spam related forum (spam as described in the TOU) seems to have taken a "wrong turn".
