That is simply not the intent and the entire country knows it except you I guess. There have been so few prosecuted voter fraud cases as to be ridiculous.And your looking the minorities right in the eye and insisting it is, pisses them off, just as it would piss you off if someone told you a bold faced lie right to your face.Now if you really have no idea that is the intent, then I apologize, but you then need to study the issue more.

The key word in that sentence is prosecuted. Fraud is most likely to occur where one party controls the investigative powers at both state and county levels. If there is no fraud, how do you explain the counties where more votes were cast then there are legal age residents?
