What you are talking about is how a society organizes itself so 330,000,000 people can live in a civilized manner.

There is no better way anyone knows of than a Democracy.

But in a Democracy the better educated the people are the better democracy they will have and better society.

What you want doesn't exist. It is like wanting unicorns.

You can give all the examples you want, but tell me how you would run New York e.g. under your ideas?
