I disagree. Stand your ground can just mean what it says. I disagree with it- but I don't think it's necessarily racist. Some people would like to shoot people of any color. I think you have an absolute right to shoot people breaking in to your home, absent some sort of enticement on your part, but as for being able to shoot people anywhere- that's too much scope for angry paranoid gun nuts (of any color), to be to my taste. I don't care what color their victims are. You must retreat if you can.
