Then why, in all of history, didn't we do it until our constitution??? << Social systems are only as complicated as we make them. Someone who has a background in psychology, sociology or politics has a vested interest in presenting social systems as complicated. But the simple fact is that we humans are quite capable of managing these complexities without the help of big brother central planning agency...which, by the way is just made up of more flawed humans.
