Hi tejek; Re: "Excuse me but you're going to rely on a cop's evaluation vs a PA's." No need to choose. They all agreed that the nose was probably broken.

Re: "I heard what the PA said. I listened to her verbal testimony. I know what she said. Drop it, bilow..........once again you're in over your head."

You're not disagreeing only with me. You're disagreeing with hundreds of media reports on the testimony. Obviously you're disconnected from reality. Why don't you go look for a media report that agrees with you about Zimmerman not having a broken nose?

>> Excuse me but you're going to rely on a cop's evaluation vs a PA's. Of course, you would. Duh!

The real "duh" here is why you continue assert the PA's position was 180 degrees opposite of what it she testified to.

She believed the knows was broken or at least the symptoms were those of a broken nose. Which was the reason for the referral to the ENT.

>> I heard what the PA said.

Let's look at exactly what she said, nitwit. The PA clearly stated his nose was "LIKELY BROKEN." Any continued claim that she said otherwise is just a damned lie, which we all know is something you continually do.

RIONDA: You mentioned that he said, Mr. Zimmerman told you that he had told you that the nose was either broken or possibly broken. Is that correct?

FOLGATE: That's what I was told, correct.

RIONDA: Based on your examination of his nose, can you say the nose was broken?

FOLGATE: I would say likely broken. It's hard to say definitively based of -- the fact that there were no x-rays to show the break itself. However most of the time a broken nose can be made clinically as well and that's based off of the black eyes that we saw, the nasolabial swelling, and the bruising.
