All Muslim countries can be said to be failed states. Iraq is one of the least bad. Their trying to stay neutral while we're stoking the rebellion in Syria shows that. We once had a Shiite ally in the ME. It was Iran .... before Carter helped Khomeini take over. Imagine ... Iran was once a US ally. Have you noticed that the Iraqis seem to be FAVORING the Chinese over US? No. You are saying that because they sell oil to China. What's wrong with that? It's not like we went to war to steal their oil or something stupid like Democrats say.
