Bruce, you're right. 75,000 sh were given to the marketeer.

Also, I say this type of business even if soundly backed is a bummer.
Groceries take the lowest markup competitively of all produced human consumer products now being savaged by big box stores worldwide. Coupons, food stamps and other sticker promotions are used for extra discounts not feasibly handled by an agent.
Big family shoppers would never use such a service. Invalids, perhaps. Single people use Deli's and cheap fast food outlets a lot - the bane of the neighborhood grocery business. A full load of groceries plus big packs of paper goods would soon discourage a delivery predicated on a $4.95 carrying charge.

What newsletter was this referenced in earlier this month ? Saw it mentioned in FSS yesterday. The Stock Detective already has their own review...
