You want to call it following, trailing, bird dogging, etc. be my quest..... He did not follow from a distance and testified that he was almost eye to eye in from of the community center.... he then continued to follow after he was told to stop...

yes, PRIOR TO KILLING MARTIN, he was legal except for breaking the rules on carrying as a Neighborhood Watch guy.... After he killed Martin, things were different....
