So, does "scrutiny" give Martin the right to assault Zimmerman?


Yeah, someone is following you; the typical reaction is fight or flight.

There has been no evidence at all that would suggest that Zim provoked Martin. And of course, that is totally irrelevant to the trial. Who provoked whom isn't in any way related to whether Zim is guilty. It just doesn't work that way.

Huh? Just by following and running after him is provocation. Don't give me this bullcrap that you would simply ignore someone following/chasing you.

To convict someone of murder you have to prove it was a murder and not self defense. They haven't done that. And it really isn't even close.

That's what the experts are saying; that Zimmerman will get an acquittal. Let's see what the jury thinks. Remember.........they will get instructions to consider lesser infractions like manslaughter.
