As usual, good posts from Henry and The PJ, although I certainly admit that I don't understand most of what PJ has to say--he is far more celestial than I. For those of you who do not know me, please let me introduce myself. My name is Doug Penny. I live at 10 Mill Race in Hampton Bays, New York (hence the internet moniker). I am a lawyer, having received my JD degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in 1972 (hence my appreciation for the Wolverines and my love affair with Henry). I obtained my undergraduate degree from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio. I practiced long and hard for 25 years, got involved in small town politics for awhile, and am now semi-retired with an office in my home (the voters having permanently retired me from public service). I am married for 25 years (as of this upcoming December 26) to Susan, a certified social worker employed by a mental health clinic on the east end of Long Island. We have two sons. The oldest is Brian. He graduated from Davidson College in North Carolina one year ago and has started law school at Dickinson School of Law (Penn State) this year (a natural rivalry is developing but his blood is still go blue). The youngest is Craig and he is a junior at Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia. My dog is a golden retriever named Lincoln and we also have a cat named Tippy. We used to have horses (fish and hampsters, too). I love all sports, played most of them, but am now concentrating on golf. I am absolutely infatuated with the game and am leaving for Hilton Head tomorrow with a good friend who I introduced to Naxos. He is just as anxious to get the test results from Ledoux. Oh, by the way, I know absolutely nothing about Naxos other than what I have read on this thread and, quite honestly, I don't think too many others know anything more than I do even if they are more in touch with "insiders" because, to the best of my knowledge, the insiders are not talking (and why should they?). All we can do on this thread is speculate and advance common, or uncommon, ideas. It is nothing more than an exchange of opinions and can never be anything more than that. It does no good to blast Hungry Lion any more than it does any good to praise Mark. OK, enough commentary. I certainly hope Naxos does well. I have made some good friends on this thread and hope to meet all of them some day at a fantastic party celebrating you know what. I apologize for the length of this message. It is certainly the longest I have ever posted (usually I just revise my entry in the Grand Naxonian Poster Contest) but, since everyone is making such a big deal about aliases on the internet, I thought I would come clean. P.S. My e-mail address is millracer@aol.com. P.P.S. I am going to Las Vegas over the weekend of February 7 and would greatly appreciate anyone who would like to join me for a trip to the Naxos site and a bit of gaming and general good time. Anyone interested?
