Charles: I did not consider the discussions about Bateman often taking an equity position to be hype. I also do not think it would be a bad idea to do a JV with Bateman, although if one happenned in the near future with the price at current levels, I would wonder whether Lew Green's suspicions are correct. The comment about Struthers had to do with a series of "short squeeze" posts by him the week of Black Friday. Anyone can easily go to his profile and look up the posts the week of November 14. Following is an example of one of these posts. Message 2701740 While it does not name Bateman, given the previous discussions about Bateman and the wording of the post, I know I interpreted it to mean a deal with Bateman was done. Turns out, there was no deal with anybody done.
