repeating the claim does not make it "established". I've seen endless repeats of all sorts of nonsense about the CIA. Some of it may be bizarrely true, the claims you post may be (less bizarely) true, but just posting them doesn't make it fact. Most of those links (at least the headlines you posted, I didn't follow them all) aren't even about the CIA getting Saddam started. Only the first three are. The rest are largely about time periods where Saddam was already established, and in several cases not about supporting him at all.
