FMOC Meeting:

Right now it doesn't appear that the Feds will raise the rates - not because they wouldn't based on the beige book and the other numbers, but because of the Asian crisis and freshness of the IMF bailout they will wait for things to settle in before putting pressure back on. The yeild rate difference (between long term and short terms loans) is narrow enough right now for banks to slow down lending by themselves at any rate. So I expect/hope Monday morning to be hesitant at first and then finish up.

I'll leave the Watch List unchanged, and comment that ASND may rise a bit more before the selloff - I've never predicted that one's bottom well in the past, so will leave it to UC Slug's comment earlier (thanks).

Nice post Jenna.
