unfortunately so much of what this judge has done has been outside of the view of the jury, as in for example, they are unaware about the trayvon martin phone record report being disclosed to the defense the NIGHT BEFORE the trial was to begin, and when asked for a continuance, defense was denied...

in any case, the state put on a miserable prosecution, and any reasonable person would vote to acquit based upon the evidence....agree with you that you can only hope the jury is predisposed to logic and following the law, however, the trial has been tainted by the racial political overtones from the president on down so it's hard to get inside the heads of these jurors and know how much 'intimidation factor' there might be affecting their judgment ...

guess we will know soon enough!

wishing all the best to GZ and his defense team and let's hope justice prevails....zimmerman is the REAL victim in all of this

Apparently, Florida law provides for a jury of 12 in capital cases. This isn't a capital case; therefore there are only six.

Go figure.
