You peole just blow right by this comment, get a grip. Captain, USRX was not for sale until there was annoucement of the aquisition. Get a grip<G> Glenn

Captain: This is a half truth only. ASND is probably not for sale at 35 or at 40. If a person walks in your shop and say I will pay $10 for a $50 object. How do you answer? You say it's not for sale instead of throwing him out. I think ASND management want to get 2-3 strong quarters under the belt so hey can maximize the buyout price. Following is the evidence: [1] continued insider selling in relatively small lots -designed to prolong any hostile takeover. [2] smith-barney's recent estimate for q4 is 0.31 [3] CFO saying comfortabole with the 0.23 estimate -- almost one month before the quarter is complete and in light of the beating stock received after last quarter's similar statements. [4] current volume in last two days: almost 50 mm shares. we all know retail customers don't have that kind of buying power. institutions are trying to get in. They may have wash-sell issues so we may see even more buying starting in lte december. I do agree with what you are pointing: don't sell your farm to get in this stock only from aquisition rumours as in next few days we may see some weekness if more good news don't keep coming. Afterall we just had 50 mm shares change hand after daily volumes being 4 mm.
