This farce of a show trial — put on without a scintilla of evidence to support a finding of probable cause to support an indictment; pursued solely to placate the bloodlust of the race-baiting black “leaders,” to appease the black community at large and proponents of the theory of perpetual black victimization, and to promote the political careers of self-aggrandizing prosecutors and politicians, with the aid of a compliant, biased and lazy liberal media which actively seeks to promote the narrative of perpetual black victimization at the hands of ceaseless white racism, truth be damned — will mercifully come to a conclusion, hopefully with the only outcome which is appropriate, given the total paucity of evidence provided by the State to support its baseless charges, to wit, an acquittal.

Comments on Zimmerman trial today

The fact that Obama and the DOJ were a party to this disgusting trial shows the sad state our country is in.

A defendant has the right to understand all charges against him/her so they can prepare a case of defense. This is a sham because GZ had no notice of these bogus charges and did not prepare a defense against such - this is a travesty of justice here

They are stacking the deck with the jury instructions. Again, fair trial. Ha.

Bill - is there anything sneaky about what the state did with this charge?

Bill Sheaffer:
OC Cali; certainly this was a huge surprise

In tears here. I feel as if my life & liberty's are @ risk as well.

will the judge allow this third degree murder?? She seems to be leaning towards allowing it. How is the state able to pull this

The supreme court needs to change the law and have all possible lesser charges to be presented before the trialbegins. This way the defense has opportunity to at least argue everything before the jury knowing what all charges could be.

The State can use the law but not by ambush which is what they've done throughout the trial.

Doesn't the prosecution to clearly state their propositions and *then* follow with evidence or testimony step by step? This seems highly disorganized and based on inference.

West is battling a giant here.

Bill Sheaffer:
MOM is said to be preparing his closing arguments. After today, those closing arguments may need major tweaking, depending on the Judge's decision on this third degree child abuse lesser

Bottom line...This is a show trial by the US Gov to prevent anyone from using a firearm for self defense purposes. Can you say Chilling effect. .

Everyone was asked for lesser charges, by the judge, the day before. The morning of closing arguments is not the time to suggest new charges. This is incompetence of the prosecutor leading to possible jail time for the defendant.

State pretty much lost the last two weeks and now is trying to change their loses and misdirection at jury instructions??

THE PROSECUTION SHOULD HAVE TO ARGUE EVERY ONE OF THEIR "LESSER CHARGES" SEPARATELY AND WHY THEY SHOULD BE INCLUDED

Comment From Biased Judge
This judge needs to get a grip on what is morally right vs. the law. She KNOWS the truth, that GZ rightfully and justifiably defended himself against imminent grievous bodily harm and/or death from a drug-addict, thieving, belligerant thug. Yet she allows the prosecution to skew the law in order to make frivolous charges such as child abuse against GZ. This is INSANE and a MORAL OUTRAGE.

My tax dollars at work. I am ashamed to be a resident of FL and contributing to this farce of a prosecution. If they were so confident, why didn't they add this charge from the get-go.

Compare a 6yo with a 17yo that was smoking weed and talking about guns and fights on fb

State = Failed...and they know it! Now they are scrambling to try and save face!

Bill Sheaffer:
Chris B. not only could MOM insert himself into this argument. He should!
Can the defense use the claim of state overcharging because they don't have a case in their closing statement???
So... Does this mean that they have to go through another set of testimonies and go through the evidence once again in order to pin these new charges on Zimmerman?
The problem with adding "Child Abuse" MOM has to revise his Closing Arguments to address this charge

Bill: I thought discovery etc. required the state to inform the defense in advance concerning what charges would be sought. The judge said yesterday that both sides should discuss or email each other about what they wanted to bring up today such as jury instructions etc.

They believe in the cultivated image of a kid "carrying candy" and "iced tea," and they resent speaking ill of the dead.

The truth is different. Martin had gone to the 7-11 to buy a cigar under the counter, which he and his friends used to fill with marijuana, called a "blunt." He bought Skittles and Arizona Watermelon Fruit Juice Cocktail to lace with codeine from cough syrup to get high with, a druggy concoction called "Lean." We know all this from his online chat with friends about blunts and Lean, testimony from his cousin to the police, and the store video camera.

Martin was not the small sweet-faced boy shown in the media photos, but a big, angry 17-year-old. He was recently suspended from school when they found that his backpack held burglary tools and 12 pieces of stolen women's jewelry and a watch. It is not unlikely that he was out on that rainy night casing houses to burgle.

Jack Cashill spells out "What the Media Choose Not to Know about Trayvon":

In the past year or so, his social media sites showed a growing interest in drugs, in mixed martial arts-style street fighting, in a profoundly vulgar exploitation of "bitches."

Trayvon posed for one photo with raised middle fingers, another with wads of cash held in an out-stretched arm. One YouTube video shows him refereeing a fight club-style street fight. A cousin had recently tweeted him, "Yu ain't tell me yu swung on a bus driver," meaning, if true, that Trayvon had punched out a bus driver.

Zimmerman never saw the cute little boy that the TV audience did. He saw a full-grown man, a druggy, a wannabe street fighter, the tattooed, gold-grilled, self-dubbed "No_Limit_Nigga."

Suspect in WWII vet slay: We were buying crack from victim
NBCNews ^ | 8/27/2013 | Tracy Connor

One of the teens charged with beating to death a World War II veteran allegedly claimed he was buying crack cocaine from the 88-year-old and the transaction turned violent — but cops said there is no evidence to support that.

The allegation was denounced as bizarre by victim Delbert “Shorty” Belton’s family and even dismissed by the defense lawyer for the other teen accused in the Spokane, Wash., case, which has drawn national attention.

88 year old vet crack dealer. Mom in Georgia hired gangsta thugs to shoot her baby in the face.
There must be a contest for most outrageous lie going on with these punks.

Whitey was victimizing poor downtrodden black males by getting them hooked on crack.

Clearly self defense. /s

An American Vet and America itself mocked by a feral 15 year old. And not one politician has the guts to call him on it. Because they fear Jessie and Al.

Sure. An 88-year-old crack dealer. Whoever came up with this crock of crap probably thinks it’s clever.

I saw another article where the murderers claimed that Delbert attacked them after they asked for his money. Really? Really. That theory was advanced not by the murderers, but by the Chief of Police in Spokane. Check out the link in my post 21. He says they only got rough because Shorty resisted them.

Really.
