The Proposed Order filed by BusinessTalkRadio.Net Acquisition Corp. ("BTR"), see 306 , is hereby SO ORDERED. See attached Order. The IRS was notified of BTR's motion, 306 , and has not opposed the motion, despite having ample time do so.
