Tava's hiring of Ken Owens is better than an alliance with Flour Daniel. Ken brings all of Flours clients with him and then adds his insider sales knowledge of Flour to Tava. Ken also knows a myriad of Engineers and who knows, some may follow him to Tava. At the rate TPRO is growing, Ken jumped in on quite growth opportuniy. His move to Tava is quite a boost and the pressure is on him to perform. Their management team is very solid and qualified.
