Before I say this let me say I'm of course super long on the stock despite 2 severe earnings dissapointments (including Monday's), crazy Barron's article, and now mailing proxies out to arrive 1 week before the annual meeting. I guess its the price you pay for "potential".

But, I would like to know if anyone who is somewhat critical (not the exact word) of the company is actually going to be able to attend the annual meeting. It seems like all the "super bulls" of the board are the ones going. I appreciate their comments too, but Im just hoping someone who is somewhat cynical of all the goings on of the past year is going to go and ask some tough questions, and not willing to put up with vague answers like "You will see improvement in that area".

Thanks,
Mark

To all:
If you have not sent in your vote for the January 5 meeting please do so. This has been mentioned earlier in December, but it is important to get a quorum. In my opinion, that is one reason why the stock has been flat lately. It is very unusual for a company not to have its proposal's accepted. If it is declined, it shows that the shareholders do not trust the directors and certainly does not encourage new investment.

Again as was mentioned earlier you can phone in your proxy to 1-800-454-8683 all you need to know is your control number from your proxy statement and how you want to vote!

Thank you
Brian
