it occurs to me that the prosecution has handle this case in the way the defense would normally handle the case. Maybe someone else said this. They are focusing on providing doubt in Zimmerman's story. They aren't trying to prove anything.

This is really a pivotal case. It can truly fundamentally change our legal system. The prosecution bringing in new charges for the closing arguments is against everything our legal system is about. If Zimmerman is found guilty, it will send a strong racial message. The strongest being that light skinned people are fair game since they are not allowed to defend themselves. This case goes to our fundamental right to defend ourselves and to feel a sense of security.

The judge's behavior shows that the presumption of innocence has also been thrown away with this case.
