What you're seeing now are the signs of ambiguity I was ranting about last night. I guess I really unloaded on mgmt but its due them. The new mgmt has been discussed in the Annual Report, there have been press releases, and there was an "in-depth" presentation at the shareholders meeting. These guys have no protection under the safe harbor act. I really believe that at the end of the day reason, and the financial consequences of not following this through will prevail. I believe Santoro, Legere--the businessmen--, and Lippman are of the same mind. Lippman comes from Peregrine and they don't like Stone. I believe Taylor will align himself with the other scientist on the board, and that's Lippman. Remember if TCLN goes down there goes Taylor/Epsteins funding. If I'm right that's four votes. I don't know a thing about the new guy yet, but Stone by himself is powerless. Jack, I'm going to ask you, and everyone else to do ourselves a favor. Rudy and Bix caved in to shareholder pressure and that opened the door for this important change. We can, and should, bring that same pressure on Stone by writting letters and making phone calls. I urge everyone who reads this to write Stone a letter and cc it to the Board, c/o TCLN. Tell him what a great guy he is, how his ties always match his suits and white shirts perfectly, but its time to get a CEO with fire in his belly to run the company. And I hope someone posts this over to AOL. As you end your post in two months we'll all probably laugh about this and we'll all have to pick a stock to buy so we can continue this discussion, but with another company. Halleluhaj, brothers and sisters!! Amen!!
