This is the problem with density. It causes congestion in part because we don't sufficient mass transit.


Only a handful of cities have great transportation systems. Most all are very expensive these days with Chicago the exception?

That could be because they tend to be successful cities. I don't think there is a direct correlation though between expensive cities and good mass transit.
