There are two forces working the world's masses: In rich countries the governing elites try to avoid them going down to a medium that realistically reflect their true economic potential. That is why they print and try to avoid their populations standard of living go down as they have to return to their natural sizes. I developing countries, the masses are revolting shouting to government elites to raise them to where they are supposed to be. That irrespective of their capabilities to work and organize themselves to make the grade. All that is going on in the world right now must be approached under this above perspective.
