Serge / Founders Energy I am not on top of their activities. However, the company appears to be progressing quite nicely. As a shareholder, I would be interested in the extent of undeveloped acreage under their wings, where it's located and if they are to be the operator on these lands. Next, do they have rigs lined up for their 1998 capital budget? Company has been carried via acquisitions and they still have to prove their worth in drilling activity where they are to be the operator. They need to gain internal expertise.
