Jim,
Jerry in the CC that it was the same newsletter which issued the buy back in April, slightly before the now-defunct takeover was announced. That was Oxford; so, unless Jerry has his signals crossed, it must have been. BTW, I have no independent confirmation that is was; ya know, something like a copy of the newsletter? :-)
