The answer, of course, is yes, because, as with every other crime this administration has committed, even if public opinion runs against proceeding with a civil case, the attention span of the average citizen can be measured in nanoseconds. Is your neighbor still (if he ever was) concerned about Fast and Furious? Benghazi? NSA and IRS overstepping? I'm betting not. And all of these major crimes against the people and the Constitution will continue to be overshadowed by fluff stories (such as an honorable man being tried for daring to defend himself against a young black thug).
