I think the OJ prosecution was totally bungled, but the evidence was overwhelming in that case. I watched a lot of that trial, and his guilt was established beyond any reasonable doubt. The defense Dream Team did a great job of casting doubt, but I've always believed that a rational jury would have reached a different verdict.

I've never been on a big case jury, but I believe I would be inclined to ignore most of the nonsense in opening and closing arguments, as well the "alternative scenarios" that are so often presented without a shred of evidence.
