They have advised that a mutually acceptable extension was agreed upon. The following, considering Nicaragua, could pose a problem. 4.7 Litigation. Further, no officer, director or person who may be deemed to be an affiliate of Olympus is party to any material legal proceeding which could have an adverse effect on Olympus (financial or otherwise), and none is party to any action or proceeding wherein any has an interest adverse to Olympus.
