Hi Don Hurst; LOL, I'm not claiming that human nature is to do the "legal" thing in this case. I'm just pointing out that according to US law, we can defend the hell out of ourselves but we can't go around prosecuting people. No "Judge Dredd" for us civilians.

And her (ex?) husband's testimony was that she shot at him but missed. (Makes mental note, always fire your warning shots in a direction that can't be interpreted as an assault with intention to kill. And what direction is that, anyway. Must remember to ask Biden.)

In retrospect, those clothes probably look awful cheap to her, much cheaper than a couple decades in prison.

The sad thing about this case (and all the others) is that the only people who won are the ones who are employed by the legal system.
